To request access to the SAP platform for you and your students, please do the following:
The SAP University Alliance is an effort to enable university faculty to teach students about technology-enabled integrated business processes and strategic thinking. By providing member schools with access to the mySAP Business Suite students gain practical knowledge of how technology gives businesses the ability to optimize key processes like accounting & controlling, human capital management, project planning, plant and materials management, and sales and distribution. Through demonstrations, exercises and problem-solving, case studies, and research programs students are able to put their classroom knowledge into practice.
The Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas, as a part of the SAP University Alliance, has access to SAP R/3 software and licensing, allowing students to use SAP ERP software both in and out of the classroom. The Walton College of Business has developed curriculum and problem sets that are used by other universities in the alliance, and also uses curriculum developed by other universities in order to constantly raise the level of education in the ERP field. Faculty members regularly participate in training seminars specifically geared toward integrating ERP and SAP into course offerings.
